Order cut-off time: 1:00pm (UK time), Monday to Friday.
- Orders placed before 1:00pm UK time on a working day start processing the same day.
- Orders placed after 1:00pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays start processing on the next working day.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

Tracking
When your order is dispatched we email you a tracking number and link. You can also check your order on our Track Your Order page.
Delays, lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 7 working days, or your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the courier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
